nj expungement

I have a 2003 conspiracy with intent to distribute(CDS) and a 2004 petty disorderly persons offense..would i be able to have these two charges expunged after i meet the 5 year requirement for the PDP...

No, I suggest you consult with an attorney to review the 2003 case to challenge that conviction as that may be the only way to remove that from your record. You have 5 years from the date of your conviction to challenge it.
