Re: vop

It depends upon what your original conviction was for. Normally if you have a second VOP you are looking at the full penalties associated with the charge, and if that includes jail time then you are likely looking at doing some jail time. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: vop

On a second violation of probation there is the substantial possibility of

a jail or prisons sentence. You need the services of an attorney who knows what he is doing. I am that attorney.

Call me if you like.

Re: vop

Odds are, you will go to prison. With a good attorney, there is a chance you can stay out of jail and/or prison. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
