Hire an attorney right away and he/she can file the motion on monday which should get you in court in August. Wait too long and he will be gone. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.

You need to file for emergent relief from the Court as soon as the child is born in order to have the Court order a blood test prior to his leaving. After parentage is established the military will

ensure child support.

Call me if you like.
