Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I recently moved out of New Jersey because the costs of my child support and my other bills were getting to be too much. I have not worked since Sept 2010 and had to live with my new wife in another country. How can I get my child support reduced? It has been almost years since the order was awarded and since then I have remarried and my ex has not given me a visitation schedule unless it was convenent for her. I have never had my daughter for any holidays or for a week or two like most parents get. Can someone give me some advice?
