Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am reviewing a draft prenup my fiancee want's me to sign but as I am representing myself I need to word an Infidelity clause myself and am not very good with legal phrasing. I basically want it to say that if our marriage ends due to an extramarital affair or marital misconduct that the person in the wrong waives the rights set up in the prenup. Please help!

Thanks,

Rebecca

Why would you not have an attorney to help you with this. I doubt it would cost that much.
