Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

The parents of my sons girlfriend made her get a restraining order against my son. Two days after it became final they got back together without her parents knowing so and they are still together. The girlfriend is violating her own restraining order. Do I tell a judge this? And if so will my son be arrested?

Your son is violating the RO. You should speak to an attorney right away to file a motion to vacate it. Call me at 732/773/2768.

Your son can be arrested for being with his girlfriend. She can call the police and they will come and arrest her. He must tell her he must stay away from her until she has withdrawn/dismissed the restraining order.
