Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Easements

My property borders on a shopping mall. There is an easement for the mall to drain onto my property and into a county built and maintained collection system.

The pipe is ugly and a blight on my property,,do I have a right to have some redress?

The mall clients are constantly throwing garbage on my property,,what is the malls obligation?

Can I demand compensation for the use of my property as drainage?

Re: Easements

well, i can see from your post that you are in West Orange. I am in Totowa, not far.

your rights will depend a lot on what the easement says. and no one has the right to dump garbage on you.
