Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New York

Second Form of ID at Bars?

I recently turned 21 and once in a while they'll ask me for a second form of ID -- often specifically, i.e. they'll ask for a credit card. Is it legal for them to ask for a second form of ID even after I've presented a valid driver's license?

Can they deny me entrance solely because I refuse to show them what else is in my wallet which would indicate what financial institutions I do business with and which university I attend?
