Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My childs mother violated a family court order back in may 17,2012,that order specifically ordered for her not to remove the child from 3 counties in Upstate New York.She violated that order, she now resides in New york City 200+ miles away.Under what statue can a criminal contempt be filled?

Your best remedy is to file a violation petition in the family court of the county where she previously resided.
