Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Estranges spouses debt

My now estranged husband unbenounced to me bought a motorcycle while we were still together, we are now apart and have been for 1.5 years, but we are still legally married. I believe that he may be defaulting on the loan for the motorcycle, can the company come after me even though I am not on the loan?

No. The company may only seek payment from the individual named on the loan document.
