Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

dept of labor threatening to stop my unemploymnent

I only get 188 a week on unemployment appartaly you cannot collect on your last quarter I had collected a year ago and worked only 1 day a week someplace at 10 an hour needeless to say I did not tell them it was way under 405 a week now they are saying they are going to take 20 weeks away from me. I hae several job interviews thisweek and next but i need that money till i get a job the letter was dated june 20 i got it today june 30 and tried to call 4 times only to be told all circuits are busy try again later what legal rights do i have if any?

There are forms on the website that you can sign asking for a re assessment or calcuulation, if you believe they are wrong.
