Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New York

A NYC attorney owes my company under $10,000 for non-legal work she contracted with my company to perform. Where do I file a claim against her for the money she owes?

You would have to commence an action against the attorney for breach of contract. You would file the action in the New York City Civil Court, in the county where the attorney does business.
