Wifes estate ebook contract

I have copyed from the email sent to me form the Author Liaison of the ebook publishers place. I need help writing the release letter.

Here it is.

All that we need to continue is a signed letter from you stating that you

are the acting executer of your wifes estate. The original contract signed

by your wife is valid, we just need a release letter from you.

It sounds like you need to get appointed executor by the Court to ratify the existing contract. You should contact an attorney for assistance with the probate/administration process. Email or call my office for a brief consultation about your case.
