my Friend(Luis)17 year old is on probation for FELONY LARCENY - MORE THAN $1,000 and friend (Mom that called the cops) ask luis if he can throw a party for at friend home but the mom came before her son showed and he get arrest for a MISDEMEANOR Breaking and entering without force what is most likely possible to happen

If he did not plea yet, it is a good idea not to plea without further advice.
