I emailed a question yesterday and gave the wrong email address. ''If a wife has credit card debt in her name alone, can her husbands Military pay be garnished in the case of a judgement??

If you live in Ohio, it is not a community property state. Therefore, if the credit card is solely in your wife's name and your credit was not used to obtain the credit card, your wife is the only responsible party. Your military pay should not be garnished if you are not financially responsible for the debt.
