Dui
Is a DUI considered a felony because there is a question asking if I ever had a felony and not sure if DUI is. Was convicted of DUI, served in 3 day treatment program.

By virtue of stating that you served 3 days, I imagine that this was your first DUI. This offense is a misdemeanor of the first degree. It is only a felony if you had 3 prior DUI's. Hopefully you will never get to that point.
