Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

2 wives, INS, who gets deported?

I know of a person who had been naturalized as a United States citizen over a year ago and changed his name. Under his original last name, he and his wife (who is a green card holder) were married in Taipei but she just recently decided to file for a divorce and sue her soon to be ex-husband because she has reason to belive that he has married another woman (most probably a non-greencard holder) using his new-changed last name. What is the legality of marrying another under a different alias? Who, legally, is his real wife? And who ends up losing their residency?

it doesnt matter what names he used. He remains married to the first wife until he obtains a legal divorce.
