Bankruptcy Trustee reclusing

Does the Bankruptcy Trustee assigned to my bankruptcy case have the right to recluse herself from testimony in my post-divorce case?

You can subpoena her to testify, but if she has nothing that is relevant to say, a magistrate can allow her out of it. A certified copy of the bankruptcy petition would be revelant as to its contents.
