Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Change in Child Support

Can child support in ohio be increased if the non-custodial parent does not do any visitation. Also at the time of the divorce a year ago, he had been self-employed but now has a company job. His income was based on his self employment, would it be worth having child support redone now instead of in two more years.

Re: Change in Child Support

Increases in child support are governed entirely by mathematical formula. If you believe that his income has increased by more than 10%, then file your request with CSEA.
