Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Leaving pregnant girlfriend

We were dating and decided to try for a child. I wound up getting pregnant only to have complications. When told I wasn't pregnant he left me all alone. Now after a few follow up Doctor appointments I find that I am still pregnant. He refuses to help me financially in anyway. is there a legal way that I can make him help me pay for my bills or for groceries?

Re: Leaving pregnant girlfriend

As you are not married, spousal support is not available, and child support cannot be determined until after the child is born alive. Outside of his child support obligation, he has no liability for your hospital expenses, unless he promised to pay them.
