In Ohio, the divorce decree determines who has the right to custody of the child. The courts will entertain motions to change the custody arrangement if there has been a change of circumstances. Your daughter's desire to live with you may be such a change. You would need to file for a motion to modify the divorce decree's custody arrangement.
