Do Grandparents have any rights to their grandchildren? My daughter is refusing to let me see them.

In Ohio, grandparents do not have rights to see grand children. The only way that this arises is if a court in a divorce action determines that it would be in the best interest of the children to spend time with them. But absent divorce proceedings, it is strictly up to the mother and father to decide who gets to see their children.
