Can I get the right to include my daughter on my tax return. If I pay child support in the state of Ohio.

You can deduct your daughter if you provide at least 50% of the support for her. Usually, the noncustodial parent gets the child for a deduction at least every other year as long as he or she is current on his or her support. It is not an automatic thing, one usually goes to Court for this and other issues.
