Forcing someone to resign
My employer keeps cutting my salary significantly(50% over the lst 4 months). If I resign do I give up my right to Unemployment. My employer is in OH but I live in IN.

In Ohio, if an employee resigns with good cause, he or she is still eligible for unemployment benefits. I believe having your salary cut in half constitutes good cause.
