Do I have a lawsuit against a college?

I fell in a college parking area on the ice and broke my ankle do i have a suit against the college? I have 2 screws and a rod in my leg.

The Courts have held that if its a natural accumulation of ice and snow then, there is no liability. Unfortunately ice and snow is a normal thing in Ohio and the owner of the premises can not be a guarantor of the property. One must look to the individual scenario to see if there is liability.

Possibly. While a natural accumulation of ice/snow could defeat your claim, your specific situation could merit a claim.
