Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Reply to reply of Attorney`s response to diagnosis...

The attorney has yet to talk to the insurance people, actually she has responded to only two of my phone calls in the past nine months, is that normal? I had no idea what was going on until now. I spoke with my family doctor off record and he said he was 99% sure I have nerve damage in my neck and possibly around my spine. The way to tell is with an MRI which I have never had and more tests, possibly another catscan he said. I told my attorney this and she basically said Im going to have to settle with the insurance co. with the Fibro maiyalga diag., sinse it was recently found, even if I get tests and find nerve damage. According to her, which I can fully understand, the fibro case will be shot down and I will be lucky to get part of my med bills paid if any.

Your attorney doesn't sound like he/she is satisfying your needs. Request a conference and see if you are satisfied. If not, get another attorney.

Choosing an attorney is a very personal decision, like choosing a doctor. If you are not happy with your attorney talk to him or her and see what is going on. If you are still not happy, get another attorney.
