Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Neighborhood rights

I was accosted verbally by a man in our neighborhood while walking past his house. He screamed at me to get off the street as he passed me in his car, pulled into his driveway and continued to call me vulgar names as I walked away. Can I send out a flyer to other walkers in the neighbor hood warning of this psycho creep and give his address and license number.

He was apparently drunk or on drugs. I did contact the police but the man refused to answer his door when the police went to his house.

Re: Neighborhood rights

I would recommend contacting the local prosecutor to complain. At that point the prosecutor can authorize charges or scold him for aggrivated stupidity. The other activities you suggest may merely inflame the situation.

Good luck!!!
