Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Teenage girl being ''touched'' at school by another student. School officials do

My step-daughter is 13. A boy at school has touched her breasts more than once and the officials at her school said they don't believe her because there were no witnesses. The first time it happened, she hit him. The teacher happened to see her hit him, but not him touch her, and she received Saturday School. Her mother doesn't seem overly concerned and my husband doesn't know what to do, or what her rights are by Ohio laws. Is the school partially to blame? What actions need to be taken, with the school, the parents and the boy to prevent further occurances?

CALL THE POLICE!!! This type of activity can lead to more serious conduct on the boys part. Once you get a conviction, parents are responsible for the first $10,000.00 of their child's assaults.
