My neighbor Insurance com. sent me a letter saying

shed during a ice storm. Should there home owner

Ins. cover this? If this is true can you point me

to a legal doc. that i can send to them. Maybe

there letter should go to GOD he did it.

Thanks,

Re: Tree on neighbor grarge

Your neighbor's ins. co. has already paid your neighbor. The ins. co. has a right called subrogation, which means it can attempt to collect from the party reponsible for their insured's loss. Because it was your tree, its your responsibility. You should contact you ins. co.
