inheritance

my uncle dies. his brother,myself,and my cousin are executors of his will. is every thing not designated in his will to be desided by the three of us or is his brother the next of kin,to make those decisions as to how the remainder of the estate will be handled?

Everything depends on how the Will is worded. The Will specifies who should receive all property (the residuary) not specifically mentioned in the Will. The Executors or next of kin cannot arbitrarily decide how to divide property unless the Will specifically authorizes it.
