Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

looking to sue La Fitness

I would like to sue La Fitness.

I talked to a rep at the club about signing my son up for the club. He said he would have someone get back to me. A sales person called that night. I never spoke to him or called him back. He then started a membership for my son and has been debiting my account without any signed documentation.

Would like to know if I can sue them for this

You definitely might have a case there. We'd have to really talk about what happened at that meeting and during the phone call. Feel free to call my direct line at 267.639.3105 to discuss.

These cases are fact sensitive. If the facts are as you relate you may have a case because of unfair trade practices act violation and Health club regulations. You should speak to an attorney for an opinion.
