Writ Attachment

After the writ is served and the money is deducted the judgment still needs to be satisfied of record. Contact the attorney who issued the levy and demand the judgment be satisfied. A failure to satisfy after written demand could result in penalties being imposed upon the creditor. But the demand must first be made. There is a time limitation that a creditor has to satisfy. Consult an attorney for any other concerns relating to this issue.
