accused of stealing at cvs

what happens if someone goes into cvs and has a bag of items to return then sets it down on the counter to go look around the store and then comes back to pick up their bag to leave and the workers accuse them of stealing because their coat was puffy so the workers grab ahold of the person and push them back and forth and try to open coat so then the person says to the workers leave me alone and then the workers continue to push and hit them while the person is yelling please stop you r hurting me then the bag of items ripped and 3 items fell out and the workers took them saying the items were stolen when they came from the bag so then the person walked off scared and got chased down by 1 female worker and 1 male worker the person got away but they have the 3 items and possibly license plate number and face on camera

Anyone can be arrested, but that doesn't mean they will be convicted. Remember, the prosecution must prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. My office handles matters like this for as little as $350.00.
