Divorce without property agreement

Under which circumstances is a divorce granted when both parties agree to get the divorce but cannot agree upon a property settlement?

The answer to your question varies depending on the county in which you live and the reasoning behind your request. Some courts are loathed to grant a divorce without equitbale distribution because they know that it will become a critical issue in the future. Some courts will do so depending on the circumstances and if both parties agree. For example, in Bucks county, unless both parties agree, the court will not issue a Divorce Decree without equitable distribution.
