Divorce filed in Pennsylvania but wife moves to Virginia

If a married couple in Virginia seperates, wife moves to Pennsylvania, divorce filed but she won't sign; she then moves back to Virginia to live in the house so husband moves out. Does the couple need to refile in Virginia?

If she was not served with the suit while she was in Pennsylvania, the PA court does not have jurisdiction over her.

Even if she was werved, it would be much more sensible to abandon that case and file suit in Virginia, since that's where both of you are now.
