Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

pfa order

i have a pfa order against me from my ex boyfriend. he calls me all the time and i do not contact him by phone or any other means. he had called the police on me, claiming that i had called him yesterday. i must go in front of a judge tomorrow due to his accusations. i need to know what to expect from the hearing, since i am not in violation and he has made a false statement against me.

Re: pfa order

If he called you on your cell phone then you should have a record of the calls you got from him. If he claims you called his cell phone than that would be reflected on his cell phone bill detail. Without proof from some other source that you called him, his claim should not get far.

Especially because his claim makes no sense. who would call a person against whom they obtained a PFA.

If you have any questions feel free to give me a call. The initial consultation is free.
