Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Notarized agreement re:child support

11/06 signed postnupt gave spouse our beach house, in exchange for him returning $ I borrowed from my 401K.We had a prenupt it protected my 401K & on his end protected a property & auto he has sold. Beach house bought during marriage. P-nupt states if divorced current house is to be divided 50/50. I signed it bc he hounded me every day. I had a PFA against him in Jan, No physical abuse. He did anger class, stopped being abusive, I dismissed PFA. He then had affair, introduced her to our child & had our 12yr old keep it secret, drained our accts, went out of work on medical 6mos to reduce his income. I filed for divorce in July,he promised change,I dismissed it Sept. Recently found out he used our child,& his affair wasnt just phone affair-I have cell records, I decided I need to move out.I contacted local atty. re:postnupt, said it would hold up or cost me $10-15K tryin to prove duress-I signed it same day I took child to crisis center.

We're supposed to sign another agreement, that states I'm not givin up any right to current property. He also wants to include we're to share custody & that I wont seek child or self support. This'll be notarized. Will it protect my rights to property & will it keep me from getting support later?
