Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Change in custody schedule after mediation

I agreed to a child custody schedule at my mediation hearing in the courthouse but have since changed my mind. I don't want the schedule I agreed to. Is it to late to go back and have the schedule changed?

Re: Change in custody schedule after mediation

It depends on a number of factors. Has an order been issued on results of the mediation? How much of a change in the schedule is involved?

Without knowing those sort of things it would be hard to say how successful you would be in getting the schedule changed. You can always ask for a change but the courts tend to disfavor frequent changes as it seldom is in the best interests of the child.
