Engagement ring in divorce

I recently read that the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania decreed that the donor should always get the ring back if the engagement is broken off, regardless of who broke it off or why. My wife and I are getting a divorce, am I legally entitled to the engagement ring?

The ring is given in anticipation of marriage. Once you marry, the ring is hers.
