Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex-girlfriend attacked my sister in a car while I was in there we called the cops. She resisted arrest and got locked up. I did not hit her. Next day I filed for restraining order. Later she filed follow up one. I got court tomorrow. I dont really want to go. Can she turn the case around if I dont show up. Whats the procedure for domestic violence cases? As far as I know, district attorney is pursuing her. And they said I dont need an attorney. Because there are enough evidences against her. (Resisting arrest). I havent been called or got any letters except one like a month ago about court. What should I do. Help me please. I just want all this to blow away and move on with my life.

If you don't go she wins. You can't just wish it away. Waiting till it's too late to get an attorney wasn't a good move. You need to go an tell your side of the story.

You must go and you should get an attorney...if you don't have one, you can go and ask for a postponement to get one.

You are welcome to call me and discuss the matter at my cell
