Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my ex husband and I have shared every other week custody of our three children. He recently moved back with his parents and I received a court summons to appear in court he is requesting to modify the support orderdue to financial hardships. He is saving He is saving 800.00 on rent since he moved back with his parents, there are 5 adults who work in that household. i am the only working adult in my household i am paying the mortgage of the family home in both of our names i have child care expenses I am paying for family therapy my ex has no medical insurance. It is very stressful every month juggling all the expenses. When he moved out of the marital home he took all furniture and electronics that we purchased during the marriage I am basically starting from scratch refurnishing our home please help me and he also wont sign the divorce papers this July made it 2 years please help me with my PA divorce. My attorney wants 750.00 per court appearence I dont qualify for free legal help.
