Legalities of Mexican Divorces

If I have been separated for 6 years (no children involved)and my estranged spouse will not give me a divorce,will a unilateral divorce from Mexico be legal in Pa.?

I would have to research that issue to be 100% certain that Pa would respect a Mexican divorce. However, you can obtain a divorce in Pa without you husband's consent or even cooperation so long as you have been separated at least two years.
