Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can I legally let my 17 yr old move out?

We live in Pa and my 17 yr old daughter wants to move out. She has a job and still has one more yr of school. We have been having some major problems with her the last 2 yrs, and we are at our wits end. I know allowing her to move out would still make us responsible for her actions, but what about child support, would we have to pay that?

Thank you

If your child is financially unable to care for herself you must pay child support. She can move out if she likes, but you would still have to help support her.
