Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Residency Pa, Me and my separted (sep. for 6 yrs.) wife have an agreement of shared custody. I have my son 50% of the time. I provide everything when he is with me. I also provide his health insurance totaling $400 a month. Additionally, I give the mother $100 a month for my son. My est. annual gross income is $40,000, while the mothers is an est. $18,000. I have two other children with my current family and so does she with hers. She constantly threatens to take me to domestics for more money. Our current arrangements are out of court. If domestic relations is involved, am I responsible to pay her more, or even the current payments now?

First things first, are there any written agreements? If not, you need to try to get some of this in writing.

In response to the $$ : PA uses support guidelines, but a factor would include the amount of custody time you have. If you are truly 50-50, you need to see a lawyer to discuss this.
