Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

ex wont sign papers for 3301c. Complaint was served and she sidnged acceptance of service. Can I file rest of my papers or do I need to start over

If she won't sign, you won't be able to proceed under that section of the divorce code. You will either have to wait for two years from the date of separation and then file the 3301d paperwork or you will have to bring a claim for fault divorce. You won't need to file a new divorce complaint either way though.
