Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I loaned my father-in-law my car , he had a heart attack and had a fatal accident whick totaled my vechile(it's in a junk yard now) he will not take responsibility for the accident i have asked numerous times for him to reimburse me for my car but he refuse. What can i do? I did not have insurance on my vechile only on the other party.

From what you say you may have to sue your father in law.
