Legal Question in Insurance Law in Pennsylvania
Can a PA driver whose car was damaged by an uninsured driver file a claim for property damage under one's UIM coverage. That is, if the driver had no coverage for property damage under his first party benefits?

Your uninsured motorist policy will most-likely say that it will pay for "bodily injuries", not property damage. Feel free to call and discuss.
