Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

after appeals

I was sued in municipal court and had judgement against me. I paid the

money and got it recorded as satisfied on the record. The plantif kept the

money and appealed the decision because they did not get as much as they

wanted. It went to arbitration in the court of common pleas and I won

because they failed to file a complaint. Is there legally anything else the

plantif can do to still try and reocover more money?

Re: after appeals

The plantif can appeal the award of the board of arbitrators. If he does not you may be entitled to the judgement you paid. I offer free consultations.

If the plaintiff failed to appeal within the statutory time period, you may be entitled to the money you initially paid him/her.
