Medical Malpratice

Do i have a case if i am only 21 years old and after i had my daughter had to get a hysterectomy but i don't know what went wrong i keep hearing a bunch of different reasons and my medical records say one thing but the doctors say another

Since you�ve gotten records, you should have them reviewed by malpractice attorneys (keep a copy) to see if they believe there is a case.

I am a doctor and a lawyer and would be happy to review your records to see what I think.

Alternately, since you are in Pittsburgh, you can find many qualified malpractice attorneys locally through this list, or your local Yellow Pages.

Because they�re a strict time limits on how long you have to sue, if that is appropriate, you should be making inquiries as soon as possible.
