Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Medical Sitituation Problem

My Wife is 29 years old, with one child and a history of pre-clamsia 36 week Healthy girl.On the 27 of july my wife went in for a routine prenatel visit.she was approx 36 1/2 weeks along with high Blood pressure problems along with edema.on the 27 her blood pressue was188/104 she was observed for 24 hours pending her blood work.she was relased with +1 protein and bed rest.blood pressure was not stable.On the 1 of august she return to her next prenatel visit she arrived at the Dr office at 915am with adominal pains and vommiting+4 protein blood pressure 190/120 she was told to wait and sit down to her high risk Dr arrive. another Dr from her group seen her and told her to walk approx 100 yards the hospital for blood work and high blood pressure evaluation. when she arrived at 11:15 she was told to wait in the labor delivery room she complain to the nurse about the pain in her stomach the doctor said it was pre-labor at 12:30 the nurse noted to the dr. that my wife was complaining of server pain and that the fetal heart rate was decreasing.The Dr. order breathine 12:40at12:45 the fetal went 0 at13.00 they went in 13:01 a still born baby was born. caused Pre-eclamsia abruption her Dr never arrived.Ihavealldocu.no meds was never admin
